1) Go to the My Computer icon on your desktop and right-click.
2)
Select Map Network Drive... on the drop-down menu.
3)
In the Drive: box, type or select U or W.
4) In the Path: box type: \\www1\(username)$. Do not type the parenthesis
around your username. Make sure to check the reconnect at logon box.
For U: Drive type \\academnt1\(username)$ and repeat
same steps
5)
Click OK to complete mapping the drive.
